KnowledgeSmart Admin Area Redirects to a Separate Platform
Selecting KnowledgeSmart Admin Area in the Pinnacle Series Admin Portal's left navigation does not open an in-product Pinnacle Series page. It redirects you to the standalone KnowledgeSmart platform, which has its own login and data model separate from Pinnacle Series.
To sign in, you need a KnowledgeSmart Administrator role configured inside the KnowledgeSmart Admin Dashboard itself. Holding Pinnacle Series Administrator permissions does not grant this role automatically - see Troubleshooting 'You Do Not Have Permission to Log In to KnowledgeSmart' from the Pinnacle Admin Portal if you see a permission error after the redirect.
How KnowledgeSmart Connects to Pinnacle Series
