Why SCORM Export Options Are Missing

The user is signed in to the Pinnacle Series learner site instead of the Pinnacle Series admin portal.
The user does not have content administrator permissions.
The Learning Path or Course is a copy. A copy is separate content that is not associated with the original and is not in a library enabled for this feature in your tenant.
The Learning Path is not in a library enabled for this feature for your tenant.
The Course does not belong to the selected Learning Path. The Select Course to Export window lists only the Courses in the selected Learning Path.

How to Fix It

If the SCORM export options are missing from every Learning Path:

Confirm that you are signed in to the Pinnacle Series admin portal, not the learner site.
Confirm that your user has content administrator permissions.
Open the more options menu (⋮) on a Learning Path in the Exportable As Scorm Package Library.
Confirm that Export Learning Path to SCORM and Export Course to SCORM now appear.

If the Learning Path or Course is a copy:

Locate the original Eagle Point Software Learning Path.
Open the more options menu (⋮) on the original Learning Path.
Confirm that Export Learning Path to SCORM and Export Course to SCORM appear for the original Learning Path.

Helpful Tips

Export the original Eagle Point Software content rather than copying it first. Copying a Learning Path or Course removes the copy from the SCORM export workflow, and the copy does not receive updates that Eagle Point Software makes to the original content.

Why does the original Learning Path show export options but my copy does not?

The original Learning Path is in the Exportable As Scorm Package Library. A copied Learning Path is separate content that is not in that Library, so Pinnacle Series does not offer SCORM export options for the copy.
