This article explains how a content administrator exports one Course from a Pinnacle Series Learning Path as its own SCORM proxy package. Use Course export when the LMS should launch a single Course rather than the whole Learning Path. The Course must belong to a Library that has been enabled for SCORM export for your tenant. To enable this feature and request access reach out to your customer success manager or our support team.

Requirements to Export a Course to SCORM

The user has access to the Pinnacle Series admin portal.
The user has content administrator permissions in the tenant.
The feature has been enabled and access has been confirmed for the selected library.

Sign in to the Pinnacle Series admin portal.
Select Libraries.
Open a Library that contains the Learning Path.
Select the more options menu (⋮) at the end of the Learning Path row.
Select Export Course to SCORM.
In the Select Course to Export window, use Search Course to find the Course if the list is long.
Select the Course.
Select Export Course.
Open your browser downloads and confirm that a .zip file with the same name as the Course has downloaded.

Helpful Tips

The Export Course button stays unavailable until a Course is selected in the Select Course to Export window.
Export each Course separately when the LMS needs several individual Courses from the same Learning Path.
Select Cancel to close the Select Course to Export window without exporting.

Will the exported Course update when Eagle Point Software updates the Course?

Yes. A Course SCORM proxy package launches the current version of the Course in Pinnacle Series, so Course updates appear automatically without a new export.
