How to Check User Sync Status
- Go to Settings > User sync status.
- Confirm whether User sync is turned ON or OFF.
- If sync is on, note the date and time shown next to Sync was enabled.
If User Sync Is Turned On
Pinnacle Series user sync can only be administered from your Pinnacle Series account - this page cannot turn it on or off, and nothing on it changes the sync itself.
You can create, update or delete any user in your KnowledgeSmart account except those with a status of Employee. Employee-status users are the ones created and maintained by the sync from Pinnacle Series, so changes to them need to be made there instead - see Configure Pinnacle Series for KnowledgeSmart Integration for where that's managed. Contact your Pinnacle Series administrator if you need a change made to a synced user.

If User sync is on and that user has a status of Employee, their record is managed from Pinnacle Series rather than here. Contact your Pinnacle Series administrator for changes to that user.
What does the "Sync was enabled" date tell me?
