Applies To:
All KnowledgeSmart Administrators with the privileges to edit Skills assessment feedback settings.
Common Causes/Issues:
You wish to control the amount of information given to a user following the completion of a Skills assessment.
Solution Overview:
The feedback given to a user following the completion of a Skills assessment is controlled on the 'Test Feedback' page, which is in the 'Settings' menu. The level of feedback is determined by the status of the user.
The default settings are a 'Basic Report' for Interviewees and 'Feedback & Coaching on Report' for Employees. A basic report shows only times and scores for the questions. A report including feedback and coaching shows question details, answers required and answers given, and coaching notes explaining how to answer the question.
To change the settings simply choose the appropriate radio button then click on the orange 'Save' button, which is at the bottom right hand side of the page.
Selecting the 'Hide scores on report' check box allows you to prevent users from seeing their Skills assessment final scores on their report. This article explains this feature in more detail.
When selections are complete, click on the 'Save' button, bottom right hand side of the page.
