Quick Answer
The Libraries page, available from the left navigation, lets you browse content collections called Libraries from a curated Featured Libraries tab or the full All Libraries tab. Opening a Library shows everything inside it, which you can filter by Publisher, Topics, Content Type, Duration, Difficulty, and Keywords, and view or bookmark individual content items from there.
What This Article Helps With
This article is for end users who want to browse Libraries, open a Library to see what's inside it, filter or sort its content, and view or bookmark content they find there.
Browse Libraries
Select Libraries in the left navigation. The Libraries page has two tabs: Featured Libraries, showing Libraries an administrator has marked as featured, and All Libraries, showing every Library available to you.
Use the Search Libraries field to search Libraries by name, or select Topics to open a checklist of Topics and Subtopics you can select to filter the Libraries shown - this list has its own Search Topics field.
Each Library appears as a card showing its name and a content item count, with a NEW CONTENT badge when recent content has been added. Select the grid or list view icon above the cards to change how they're displayed, or use Name to sort them.
Open a Library
Select a Library's card to open it. Its page shows a banner with the Library's name and description, its total content item count, and an All Content section listing everything inside it.
Filter and Sort Content Within a Library
On a Library's page, use the Filter by Title field to search its content by title, or expand the filter categories - Publisher, Topics, Content Type, Duration, Difficulty, and Keywords - to narrow what's shown. Select Clear All to remove all active filters. Use Name above the content grid to sort it, or the grid or list view icon to change its display.
View or Bookmark Content from a Library
Select a content item's title or thumbnail to open it. Content within a Library can include Videos, Documents, and Learning Paths, among other content types.
To save a content item for later instead of opening it right away, use its options menu and select Add to Bookmarks - the same option available on documents and videos elsewhere in Pinnacle Series.
Helpful Tips
- A Library only appears on the Featured Libraries tab once an administrator marks it as featured see How to Feature a Library on the Home Page.
- Removing a bookmark only removes it from your Bookmarks page - it doesn't remove the content from the Library.
