Quick Answer
From the Transcripts tab on your My Account page, select a quiz record's options (kebab) icon to open its Quiz Result, which shows your score and a question-by-question breakdown of your answers.
What This Article Helps With
This article is for users who want to see exactly which quiz questions they got wrong, and what the correct answer was, without contacting an Administrator.
Open Your Transcripts
- Select your avatar in the top right corner of any page.
- Select Profile & Settings.
- On your My Account page, select the Transcripts tab.
Confirm a list of your learning records appears, with Name, Learning Path, Type, View Time, Status, and Status Date columns.
View a Quiz Result
- In the Transcripts list, locate the quiz record you want to review.
- Select that row's options (kebab) icon.
- Select the option that opens the Quiz Result.
Confirm the Quiz Result opens, showing an overall score indicator along with a question-by-question breakdown: the answer you selected, whether it was marked correct or incorrect, and the correct answer for any question you got wrong.
