Common Causes/Issues:
You need to move data from one KnowledgeSmart account to a different KnowledgeSmart account. This includes users, invites and results data.
Solution Overview:
Login to your KnowledgeSmart Admin dashboard and navigate to the Accounts > Move data page.
Step one
Select the users to be moved to a different account.
Step two
Choose the destination account using the relevant radio button and select 'Move to account'.
You will receive a notification telling you that your data has been successfully moved.
This process moves the following types of data:
- Users
- Assessment invites
- Assessment results
- Survey invites
- Survey results
- Skills audit invites
- Skills audit results
