Common Causes/Issues:
When access is granted to an organization's KnowledgeSmart Administration portal (dashboard) there are different levels of privileges which can be set, depending on the role of the Administrator.
Solution Overview:
When adding a new Administrator to a KnowledgeSmart account there are options available to set privilege levels. These are know as Administrator types, or Admin types for short.
The different Admin types are summarized in the table below.
The chart below summarizes which part of the Administration portal (dashboard) can be accessed by each Admin type.
To find out the Admin type associated with each Administrator use the 'Export admins to CSV' function, available on the 'Accounts' page.
