KnowledgeSmart Administrators, including Principal and Library Content Administrators.

Common Causes/Issues:

You are missing some assessment titles from your KnowledgeSmart library. You would like to change the version of an existing library title. i.e. adding release 2022 or 2023 for Autodesk library content. Or you would like to add a different title to your skills audit library list.

Solution Overview:

There is no current way for Administrators to self-select 'off the shelf' assessments or skills audits for their library. For this update to be made, please log a support ticket to reach out to our Support team and we will be happy to assist you with your library requirements.
