Pinnacle Series users with elevated permissions can access the admin area.
Solution Overview:
Your permission levels determine which admin area you will have access to. For example:
- Assignment Administrator
- Content Administrator
- Content Publisher
- Content Author
- User Administration - Administrator
- User Administration - View Reports
- User Administration - View Sensitive Information
- User Administration - Manage Portal Branding and Customization

Log into the Pinnacle Series Portal: https://portal.pinnacleseries.com/#/login

If you have the correct permissions assigned to you you will see an option called 'Administration Portal'. Select this option.
