Pinnacle Series users with elevated permissions to access admin areas. For a detailed overview of the different permissions please see this article.
Your permission levels determine which admin area you will have access to.
The Pinnacle Series admin areas are currently accessible via the Pinnacle Series Management Utility.
The Administrator Utility area is also available via your browser.
The 5 areas of the Management Utility are:
- Managing Content
- Learning/Assessment Assignments
- Learning Reports
- Usage Reports
- Administrator Utility *
* This part is available inside the Management Utility or within your browser as per option 2 below.
You will need access to the Pinnacle Series Management Utility. This is an installed application.

To access the administrator utility via the admin browser please follow these steps.
If this is your first time learning about our new administration utility it might be helpful to watch our introduction video first:
Log into the Pinnacle Series Portal: https://portal.pinnacleseries.com/#/login
- Navigate to the gear icon on the top right of your screen.
- If you have the correct permissions assigned to you you will see an option called Administration Portal. Select this option.
There is also a link that will launch the management utility for the other admin areas as well as a branding and customization link to facilitate interface configurations.
