Important communications from Pinnacle Series and KnowledgeSmart may be caught in your spam filter.
To ensure that important communications are not caught in the spam filter of your team's emails, you need to ask your IT department to whitelist the following:
Pinnacle Series:
- https://pinnacleweb.eaglepoint.com
- https://pinnacleonecloud.cloudapp.net
- https://prodgenapi.azurewebsites.net.
- https://portal.pinnacleseries.com
- https://pinnacle.blob.core.windows.net
- @eaglepoint.com
- Pinnacleadmin@eaglepoint.com and the email provider is sendgrid.net (IP 149.72.149.5)
- Current virtual address that should be able to be used if it is a whitelisting issue: 157.56.13.114
Keep in mind that this is 'virtual' because we are cloud based and typically are running on 8 differenct servers in parallel. Even though each server will have it's own unique one, Microsoft will route correctly give the IP above.
