Follow this guidance if your organization is not making use of SSO or Entra ID for user provisioning.
Common Causes/Issues:
- You have forgotten your Pinnacle Series password.
- You may be entering your password with a case or white space variance.
Solution Overview:
- You will need to request a password reset.
- Once you have followed the steps you will be prompted to enter your new password.
- You can update the temporary password to one of your own choosing from within your user profile.
Tactical Rundown:
- Navigate to: https://portal.pinnacleseries.com/#/login
- Hover your mouse inside the password box.
- Select the 'Forgot Password' link.
- You will receive the following confirmation box.
- Look out for an email as per the below example. Follow the link and enter your verification code to reset your password.
