You have forgotten your Pinnacle Series password.
You may be entering your password with a case or white space variance.
- You will need to request a password reset.
- Once you have followed the steps you will be prompted to enter your new password.
- You can update the temporary password to one of your own choosing from within your user profile.
Navigate to: https://portal.pinnacleseries.com/#/login
Hover your mouse inside the password box.
Select the forgot password link.
You will receive the following confirmation box.
Look out for an email as per the below example. Follow the link and enter your verification code to reset your password.
