Solution Overview:

Start by giving your tool link a name.
- Select the 'Open File' from the drop down list under 'Type'

Browse to the file or document that you want to link to.
- Select Add when you have finished linking your file
- Once you have added tools to your asset, you can insert the tool into the context of the description.
- Place your cursor where you would like to place the Tool link, then select the Tool Link drop-down and click on the desired tool link.
- Click 'Save' in the top right to save your changes.

In the Pinnacle Series portal, when a link is clicked, the associated tool will fire-up.
