Content can be added to a Library either by selecting Add Content from the Library and filtering or browsing to find it, or by sharing an existing content item to a Library from the Content page's options menu. Content already in a Library can be removed from it using its own options menu, without deleting the content itself.

Add Content from the Library

1. Open Libraries.

2. Open the Library you want to add content to.

   

3. Select Add Content.
4. Find the content you want to add by filtering on Publisher, Topics, Content Type, Duration, Difficulty, or Keywords, by browsing folders, or using the shortcut for recently used content.

5. Use the checkboxes to select the content you want to add.

   

6. Choose Select.

Confirm the content now appears in the Library.

Share Content to a Library from the Content Page

1. Open Content.
2. Locate the content item you want to add to a Library.
3. Select its options menu (the three-dot icon).

4. Select Share Content to Library.

   

5. Highlight the Library you want to share the content to.

6. Select Share.

   

Confirm the content now appears in the Library you selected.

Remove Content from a Library

Removing content from a Library removes it from that Library's list — it does not delete the content itself.

1. Open Libraries.
2. Open the Library you want to remove content from.
3. Use the checkbox to select the content you want to remove.
4. Select the options menu (the three-dot icon) on the right side.

5. Select Remove from Library.

   

6. In the confirmation window, select Remove.

   

Confirm the content no longer appears in the Library.
