Symptoms
When attempting to export an entire reporting workbook, you may receive an error during the download, or fail to receive an email when attempting to send it.
Cause
Pinnacle Series reporting is powered by Sigma, an embedded-analytics provider. Sigma enforces a limit on the number of rows that can be exported. When a workbook's data exceeds that limit, the export or email fails.
Platform Limitation
Sigma's row limit is a platform-level restriction and cannot be changed by Eagle Point Support or by a Pinnacle Series Administrator. If a workbook's data exceeds this limit, exporting or emailing the complete workbook is not possible.
Helpful Tips
- If you need to export a large amount of data, we recommend building a smaller custom report view - for example, scoped to a narrower date range or fewer columns - instead of exporting the entire workbook.
