Users taking courses that require training files to be downloaded from Pinnacle Series as part of the course completion.
Common Causes/Issues:

- When a user clicks on a link for additional files to download that are associated with the course material, the files do not download.

Solution Overview:
The HTTP protocol for the training files URL needs to be updated by appending the 'S' to the end for "Secure" protocol (ex. HTTPS).
Tactical Rundown:
- The Training files will be added as a 'Course Tool'.
- .Login to the "Eagle Point Software" Management Utility tenant
- Locate the Course with the associated files linked to it.
- Select to 'Modify' the course.
- Identify the Course Tool with the link to be updated.
- Click to 'Modify' the Course Tool.
- Update the URL from 'HTTP' to 'HTTPS'.
