Applies To:
Users taking courses that require training files to be downloaded from Pinnacle Series as part of the course completion.
Issue:

When a user clicks on a link for additional files to download that are associated with the course material, the files do not download.
- Nothing happens when the download link is clicked.
Solution Overview:
- Ensure you are using a supported browser (Edge, Chrome, or Firefox) and you have the latest updates installed.
- Disable browser extensions, as they may be blocking your download.
- Ensure your company allows downloads from Pinnacle Series. Some companies will block downloads from sites that haven't been whitelisted.
