Quick Answer
Progress and completion discrepancies in Learning Centre > Enrollment History > Other Courses in Learning Path are usually caused by an accidental re-enrollment in an already-completed module, or by an Assessment course's introduction document being marked complete before the assessment itself is attempted.
What This Article Helps With
This article is for Pinnacle Series users who see conflicting completion percentages in Learning Centre > Enrollment History > Other Courses in Learning Path and want to understand whether action is needed before completing their final assessments.
A Completed Module Shows as Incomplete
Symptom
A module you have already finished shows a low completion percentage (for example, 17% complete).
Cause
This typically happens when you have accidentally re-enrolled in a module that you have already completed.
Resolution
If you have verified that your original completion of the module is recorded, you can safely drop the newly enrolled, incomplete course. Your original progress will remain intact. Confirm this by checking that the module still shows as complete in your Enrollment History after dropping the duplicate enrollment.
A Final Assessment Shows as Partially Complete Before You Attempt It
Symptom
A final knowledge or skill Assessment is listed as partially complete (for example, 50% complete) even though you have not yet opened or attempted the exam itself.
Cause
Assessment courses often contain multiple assets, such as an introduction document alongside the assessment itself. Opening the course opens the introduction document, which marks that asset complete. If the course has only two assets, completing the introduction document automatically marks the course as 50% complete.
Resolution
No action is required. Your completions are recording correctly. You can proceed to take the final assessment whenever you are ready - this discrepancy does not affect your final results or overall pass mark.
