Note: Ensure no other critical files are stored in this directory before deletion. Back up files if necessary.

Retry updating the SCORM package in Pinnacle Series.
Step 2: Update the Management Utility
If clearing the SCORM folder does not resolve the issue, update your Management Utility software to the latest version:
- Visit the Pinnacle Series portal for the latest version of the software.
- Download and install the update.
- Restart the application and attempt the SCORM upload again.
