- When attempting to click a Pinnacle Series hyperlink, that is connected to an Autodesk product (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit), nothing happens. If you shut down and restart the Autodesk product, the tool link will work the first time, but not subsequent times. This problem happens in most, if not all web browsers.

- From your system tray, click Webroot.
- Open Webroot from your system tray, and click Identity Protection.
- In Identity Protection, click Application Protection.
- In application protection, next to acad.exe, toggle allow.
