- KnowledgeSmart passwords may be changed for one of your own choosing. As an Administrator you may change your password in either the KnowledgeSmart dashboard or your user page. As a user of KnowledgeSmart you may change your password in your user page.
- When logging into a KnowledgeSmart service the correct KnowledgeSmart user name must be used. An email address will not be accepted.
