Skills Audit Platform Enhancements
-
New UI Option to display module descriptions

-
We added search fields to the ‘User Skills’ page in the Skills audit results area of the main admin dashboard.
- We added a reminder mail feature for Skills audits.
- We included a new feature for Skills audit questions, which allows admins to vary the number of Skills ratings.
- Sometimes a Skills audit may require fewer than our previous default option of 5 ratings. For example, suppose you wish to ask whether a user is certified (or not certified).
- It could look something like this during the Skills audit:

-
New Batch Upload Tool for Legacy Skills Data
- We added a new batch upload tool, which enables customers to capture legacy user skills and manager skills ratings. So, if a firm has previously sent a skills survey to their team, and has access to the survey content and results data, they can now easily upload it into their KS admin dashboard, for detailed results analysis alongside existing KS data.
- There are 3 steps to the new process:
- First, utilize the user upload tool to add the relevant users to their KS admin portal.
- Next, use the skills batch edit tool to upload legacy skills survey questions. Create new skills modules, as appropriate, and, finally, create a new skills audit survey.
- Last, use the ‘Batch skills export/upload’ template to capture your legacy skills ratings data.
