- You would like to find and contact internal Pinnacle Series experts.
Solution Overview:
- To locate the appropriate internal expert, you must be within a Pinnacle Series asset.
- Utilize the search bar or browsing option to locate an asset related to the issue you are facing.
- Once inside the asset, be sure to check the "related" assets along the right of your screen to see if you can locate the answer you are seeing.
Tactical Rundown:
- If you continue needing assistance you can locate an internal expert by selecting the "Expert" icon at the top of the asset.
- You may directly email by selecting the expert you wish to contact. The 'mailto' hyperlink will open up a new blank email in your default email platform.
- If there are no experts listed, your organization:
- might have opted to not use this feature
- have not specified any experts as yet
- Your organization can configure settings related to expertise by using the browser admin
- Settings > Users > Areas of expertise
- Settings > Users > Areas of expertise
