- You would like to notify users of new or updated content inside Pinnacle Series.
- How can I direct others to content I have just created or edited.
Solution Overview:
- Pinnacle Series allows you to send notifications to users from the Management Utility.
- This will send users a notification.
Tactical Rundown:
- To send a notification
- Log into the Pinnacle Management Utility > Manage Content Area.
- Log into the Pinnacle Management Utility > Manage Content Area.
- From any of the asset type tabs, select "Tools" and then "Send Notification".
- Modify the Title and Message section.
- Select Associate Content and navigate to the content you want to include in the notification. The notification will include a link to this content in your Pinnacle Series Browser.
- Add users by group or individual to whom you wish to send the notification.
- Select send.
