Common Causes/Issues:

• You would like to provide feedback or make a suggestion on an asset in Pinnacle Series
• You would like to learn how suggestions are handled.
  
  

Solution Overview:

• Feedback and Suggestions can be made on both Public and Custom content using the Feedback/Suggestion option below each Pinnacle Series asset. 
• Your comment will be sent to the Publisher of the asset for review. 
• Suggestions made on Public content will go to the publisher of the subscription while suggestions on custom content will go to your Content team. 
• To learn how your organization handles feedback and suggestions reach out to a member of your Content Team or Pinnacle Series administrator.
  
  

Tactical Rundown:

1.  Below the asset, next to Comments, click the link Feedback/Suggestions for Publisher. 
   
   
   
   
   

2. In the Feedback/Suggestions for Publisher dialog, enter a note or message that you want to share with the content Publisher, then Submit.
   
   

NOTE: Your comments are linked to the asset so your content team can easily identify the asset you are commenting on.
