Tactical Rundown:

Make sure your machine has the current Windows and/or Graphics Card update.

If your system has a dual graphics card you can try opening the Pinnacle Management Utility with the Integrated Graphics card.

Open Pinnacle Series using the Integrated Graphics processor.
- Right-click the Pinnacle Management Utility desktop shortcut.
- Under 'Run with graphics processor' > select Integrated Graphics Processor.

NOTE: If this solves your problem, you can make the Integrated graphics card the default for Pinnacle Series Management Utility. Select "Change default graphics processor..." from the menu options on the graphic processor fly-out.
