A: Password must be between six (6) and fifteen (15) characters, contain at least one upper and lower case letter, contain at least one symbol (!@#$&*), and contain at least one number.
Q: I can't see the library.
A: This usually means the user does not have an active subscription.
Q: I can't see or view any videos.
A: If the user has an active subscription, the video may be blocked via organization content filters. If the user has an active subscription and is not restricted by content filters, it's likely due to security applications on the user's machine. Ensure that VPN's, firewalls, and script blockers permit connections to CADLearning.
Q: I can't see the CADLearning homepage.
A: It could take the dashboard time to load. If it does not load and the page remains blank, contact support@eaglepoint.com.
Q: I can't log in.
A: Ensure you're using the correct email address and password. If you're not sure of your password, create a new one. If you get a "User not Active" or "User not Found" message, contact your organization administrator or support@eaglepoint.com.

A: Click "Assess my Progress" again or "Assess" from a playlist.
Q: What's the difference between goals and the library?
A: A goal is a collection of lessons needed to reach a "goal", such as passing an Autodesk Certified User exam. The Library contains every lesson for each product.
Q: How can I view my assessment results?
A: The results will be displayed immediately after completing the assessment. You can click your name in the upper right corner, then click the 'Transcripts' tab to view previous assessment attempts/scores.

A: CADLearning courses contain program exercise files, which can be used both for independent practice and for following along with the experts, performing the same steps as are demonstrated in the videos. You will find the exercise files for skills assessments under Resources on the product page.

A: Ensure security applications are not blocking the download. You can download the complete dataset ZIP file that contains all resource files for the product from the main product page, under 'Resources'. Capture a screenshot of the error message and contact support@eaglepoint.com.
Q: The exercise file link won't work.
A: You may find an exercise file within a lesson that is not downloading. Some of these are a reference to the file to use within a bulk downloadable ZIP file - it is not a downloadable link. You can find the full Dataset ZIP under 'Resources' on the product page.
Q: Where are the files for Skills assessments?
A: You can find the Skills assessment dataset files on the product page under Resources.
