Q: How do I add users?
A: As an organization administrator, you can click the 'Organization' tab then the Users tab to manage and add users. There will be multiple options to add users to your organization, including the button to "Add User".
Q: Can I import a list of users?
A: Yes. Click on 'Organization' then the users tab. You will see an option to Download Users.
Q: How do I remove a user?
A: Organization administrators can un-check the Active box. However, it's not possible for an org admin to remove a user. To remove a user from the organization, contact support@eaglepoint.com.
Q: Can I restrict what my users see?
A: Yes. Click the 'Organization' tab then the 'Content' tab. This is where you can restrict access to products. Click the edit button next to a group (the blank group affects everyone who isn't in a group), then check the products you want the users to access. Anything not checked will be restricted.
Q: Can I assign a goal to my users?
A: Yes. Click the 'Organization' tab then the 'Users' tab. Select the user and add/remove a goal from the Goal field. Don't forget to click Save.
Q: Can I see a user's password?
A: No, passwords are encrypted for security reasons.
Q: Can I change a user's email?
A: No, administrators are unable to change a user's email address. The user is able to login to CADLearning and change their own email in their profile. Otherwise, contact support@eaglepoint.com.
Q: How do I share a message?
A: Click the 'Organization' tab. Click 'Organization Options'. Click the 'Messages' tab then 'Add Message'.
Q: I sent an invite, but the user didn't get it.
A: Have the user check spam or junk folders. Confirm the user's email address is correct (no accidental spaces before or after the email).
Q: Users are not getting emails.
A: Check with your IT department. This usually means the organization network has a security policy that is blocking the emails.
Q: Can I create a playlist to share with a group?
A: Yes. Click the 'Organization' tab. Click 'Playlists', then 'Add Playlist'. You can share the playlist with individual users or entire groups.
Q: Can I see what a user has viewed?
A: Yes. You will need the reporting role to view User Activity Reports. Click the 'Reports' tab at the top of the CADLearning site.
Q: Can I get automated reports?
A: Yes. Reports can be scheduled by clicking the 'Reports' tab then the 'Schedule report' button on the report.
Q: Can I let users sign themselves up?
A: Yes. Contact support@eaglepoint.com to request a "sign up form" to be added to your sign in page.
Q: Can we use SSO?
A: Yes. Contact support@eaglepoint.com to request an SSO sign in method.
Q: I got an error adding a user.
A: Ensure all the fields are completed correctly. If the error persists, it's likely that the user already exists in the system.
Q: I got an error importing a list of users
A: Ensure the template is completed correctly. Ensure there are no duplicates on the spreadsheet. Users should be imported in batches less than 100.
Q: Can I make another user an admin?
A: Yes. Click the 'Organization' tab, then the 'Users' tab. Select the user and check the 'Organization Administrator' box at the bottom. Click 'Save' to save the change.
Q: What's the difference between Admin and User Admin?
A: User Admins can only manage the users, such as adding users. Organization Administrators have full access to the organization.
Q: Can I see a users's assessment scores?
A: Yes. You can click the 'Organization' tab, then select the 'Users' tab. Find the user and click the 'View Transcript' button at the top. You can also view assessment scores as a report by clicking 'Reports' and selecting the appropriate report.
