Q: How do I sign up?
A: Navigate to cadlearning.com and click "Sign up now" or use this link: https://portal.cadlearning.com/account/signup
Q: How can I get student pricing?
A: On the sign up page, check the box for "Please review me for education pricing eligibility".
Q: What if my purchase failed?
A: Ensure all fields have been completed correctly, the payment method is in good standing, and the billing address is the one used for your payment method.
Q: I already have an account what do I do?
A: Login at portal.cadlearning.com. If you need a new password, click "Forgot Password?" in the upper right corner. Your email address is your user name.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: Sign in to CADLearning. Click your name in the upper right corner. Click the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click 'Cancel' next to your current subscription.
Q: How can I renew my subscription?
A: Sign in to CADLearning. Click your name in the upper right corner. Click the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click 'Renew' next to your current subscription.
Q: How can I buy multiple subscriptions?
A: If you already have an individual account, contact support@eaglepoint.com. Otherwise, when signing up, click the 'Organization' option to setup an organization that will allow you to purchase multiple subscriptions.
Q: How can I update my payment credentials?
A: Navigate to portal.cadlearning.com and click your name in the upper right corner. Click the 'Payment Methods' tab. Click 'Edit' next to your payment method. You can also add additional payment methods here.
Q: How do I get a receipt?
A: Receipts are emailed to the user when a purchase is made. The receipt for organizational purchases will be emailed to the organization administrator. If you did not receive a receipt, check your spam or junk folders. If you have not received the receipt within 24 hours, contact support@eaglepoint.com.
Q: What are the system requirements?
A: You must use the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. A high speed internet connection is also recommended. Ensure your device is updated.
Q: How do I redeem a token? On the sign up page, check the box for "I want to redeem a token". https://portal.cadlearning.com/account/signup.
Q: I see a message that my subscription has expired.
A: Sign in to CADLearning. Click your name in the upper right corner. Click the 'Subscriptions' tab. Click 'Renew' next to your current subscription.
Q: Can I add more subscriptions for my organization?
A: Yes. Click the 'Organization' tab. Then click the 'Content Subscriptions' tab. This will take you to the organization subscriptions page where you can manage existing subscriptions and purchase new subscriptions.
Q: How do I assign subscriptions to users?
A: When you purchase a subscription from the 'Content Subscriptions' page, they will be available to assign to a user. Select the user's name from the dropdown next to the available subscription and click 'Save'. If you accidentally assign a subscription to the wrong user, contact support@eaglepoint.com.
Q: How can I remove a subscription?
A: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. (See "How can I cancel my subscription" above). If you accidentally purchased a subscription and would like a refund, contact support@eaglepoint.com.
