Common Causes/Issues:
It is not possible to log into a CADLearning service. The password is no longer active.
Solution Overview:
Navigate to portal.cadlearning.com and click 'Forgot Password?' in the upper right corner.
Follow the instructions on the screen and a password reset email will be sent to you.

Q: I got an error resetting my password.
A: Ensure you are creating a password that meets the password requirements. Ensure you are using the link from the latest password reset email that you received. Note: The link in the password reset email will expire in 3 days.
Q: I can't log in.
A: Ensure you're using the correct email address and password. If you're not sure of your password, create a new one. If you get a "User not Active" or "User not Found" message, contact your organization administrator or support@eaglepoint.com.
Q: What are the password requirements?
A: Your password must be between six (6) and fifteen (15) characters and contain:
- at least one upper and one lower case letter
- at least one symbol (!@#$&*)
- at least one number
